VOGT, Judith D., age 67, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Kettering Medical Center. Judy was born October 18, 1944 in Dayton, and was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Vogt in 1995 and her mother, Elsie (Meece) Vogt in 2004. Judy was a lifelong resident of the Dayton area, a 1962 graduate of Meadowdale High School, and until her death, was a longtime resident of Kettering, OH. Judy enjoyed companionship with her neighbor and acquaintances, and was a gentle, thoughtful and caring person. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, July 16 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Red Cross, Dayton Chapter, the United Way of Dayton, or to Hospice of Dayton in Judy’s memory.
