Arthella M. Eyler

EYLER, (Wead), Arthella Mae, age 87, of Tipp City, passed away May 5, 2018. Born April 4, 1931, daughter of the late Arthur and Martha Wead of Vandalia. Preceeded recently in death by her brother Wilmer (Butch) Wead, sisters Mabel Goode and Emma Howard, and brothers Frank Sr., Carl, and Ralph Wead. Arthella is survived by her daughters Vicki Mullen (Johnny Johnston) of Troy, Nanette (Gary) Reed of Tipp City, and Cynthia (David) Bendickson of Piqua, four grandchildren Holly Mullen of Charlotte, NC, Nathan Bendickson (Liz) of Jacksonville, FL, Daniel Reed of Raleigh, NC, and Ashley (Sam) Puterbaugh of Union, OH and one great granddaughter, Alivia Nicole, along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home in Vandalia, OH on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 4 -6 pm, with a funeral service to follow at 6:00, Pastor Jerry Collins of Ludlow Falls Christian Church officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, the Hospice organization or your choice, or the American Cancer Society in Arthella’s memory.
