Barbara Elaine Pearce

Age 74, of Tipp City, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Willow Knoll Senior Living in Middletown. Barb was born December 29, 1947 in Dayton to the late Clarence & Jennie (McConnell) Florkey. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sons, Paul Slifer & Andrew Wright; one daughter, Tina Slifer; and by two brothers & one sister.

She was an avid reader and loved to crochet.

Barb is survived by one son, Timothy Slifer & his wife, Kimberly; two grandchildren, Cameron Slifer & his wife, Savannah and Pastor Brandon Slifer; sisters, Beverly Johnson, Vickie Smith and Norma Jean Florkey.

The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3, at The Vandalia Baptist Temple, 724 Helke Road, Vandalia, Ohio 45377. A memorial service will follow 12:00 p.m.
