Barbara Ann Wagner

Age 76, of Troy, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2019, at the Miami County Hospice Unit – UVMC in Troy. She was born April 24, 1943 in Dayton to the late Robert & Helen (Wade) Trochelman. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three siblings, Patricia Saul, Robert Trochelman & Sandra Donnelly.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband of the past 56 years, Danny Wagner; two children, Deborah Wagner & Philip Wagner (Dawn); brother-in-law, James Saul; six grandchildren, Joshua Nicholson (Cheyenne), Justin Nicholson (Kaitlyn), Jarryd Nicholson (Jessica), KymberLee Seyfried, Stephen Wagner (Caitlin) & Nicholas Wagner; four great grandchildren, Kamrynn, Kaiya, Aralynn & Kallen; and by her extended family & many good friends.

The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m., Wednesday (6/19) at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia, Ohio 45377. A memorial service will follow at 6:30 p.m. with Rev. Chris Heiss officiating. Barbara’s cremated remains will be inurned at Riverside Cemetery, Troy, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Barbara to either the Alzheimer’s Association or the Miami County Hospice Unit.
