Betty Kerr

Age 86, of Tipp City, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018, at Koester Pavilion in Troy. She was born December 19, 19831 in Pulaski Co., KY to the late Herbert G. & Flaura E. (Hargis) Stogsdill. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, William Kerr, in 1978; and by four brothers and six sisters.

Betty was a charter member of First Baptist Church of Vandalia (now First Light Church) and retired as an employee of Tipp City Schools.

She is survived by three children, Vicki Dudis (Doug), Terry Holten (Keith) & Bill Kerr (Teri); seven grandchildren, Ian Struewing (Katie), Aaron Struewing (Melissa), Nathan Struewing, Jesse Kerr (Mandy), Jared Kerr (Ashley), Leah Stewart (Chet) & Bryan Holten (Mark Helms); seven great grandchildren, Sam, Madeline, Paul & Sophia Struewing and Kennedy, Brantley & Jackson Kerr; and by numerous nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 21, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. John Seagraves will officiate. Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Tipp City. The family will be receiving friends from 12:30 p.m. until time of service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Betty to The Luke Commission, P. O. Box 1335, Sagle, ID 83860.
