Beverly A. Centers

Age 70, of Brandt, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at the Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born September 12, 1947 in Dayton to the late Oscar L. & Pearl E (Jewell) Brown. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Wendy King; and by her half-brother, Bill Brown. Beverly is survived by her loving husband of the past 50 years, Lark C. Centers; two daughters, Renee Steele (Kenny) and Jodi Centers; four grandchildren, Paige, Jessica, Olivia & Petra; two great grandchildren, Saige & Nova; brother, Don Brown (Shirley); sister, Cheri Hensley (Greg); and by her sister-in-law, Linda Brown. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 15, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Pastor Michael Malcosky will officiate. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
