Beverly Sue Dillon
Age 71, of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 16, 2022, at her home. She was born November 13, 1950 in Bradford, Ohio.
Beverly was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jimmie Dillon, in 2006; and by one sister, Barbara Chinn.
Beverly was a graduate of Northmont High School. She retired from Speedway in 2006 with over 25 years of service. After her retirement from Speedway she served as a care-giver to others. She will be remembered as being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Beverly is survived by one son, Michael O. Dillon; her parents, Wayne O. & Barbara A. (Godsey) Brown; three grandchildren, Thomas James Dillon, Robert Michael Dillon & Elizabeth Faye Dillon; two great grandchildren, Thomas James Dillon, Jr. and his wife, Jamie and Grace Emma Dillon; two sisters, Marsha Calland & her husband, Jerry and Gale Colston & her husband, Tim; one brother, Robert Brown & his wife, Tonya; and by her extended family & many good friends.
A celebration of life will be held at Art Van Atta Park in Dayton from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., on Sunday, June 26.
Beverly will be laid to rest next to her husband at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 3.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Beverly to the American Breast Cancer Society.
