Beverly Jean Hawk, age 88, of Vandalia, OH passed away February 14, 2025, while surrounded by her family. She was born June 3, 1936, in Oliver, Illinois, daughter to George W. and Goldie B. Miller of Medway, OH. Beverly worked 42 years at Wright-Patt Air Force Base. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a good natured, down-to-earth, adventurous soul. Beverly traveled to almost every state in the US, and to Canada and Mexico. She liked to camp, boat, fish, swim, waterski, hunt for mushrooms, snowmobile, and bowl.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Catherine Elizabeth Hawk of Vandalia, OH; and son, Scott Alan Hawk of Tipp City, OH.
She is survived by her loving husband of almost 60 years, Lee Hawk; Son, Greg Hawk(Kathy); Daughter, Pam Humerick; Daughter, Melody Stewart(Steve); and Daughter in Law, Robin Hawk; Grandchildren, Michele Aitken, David Hawk, Kimberly Hawk, Brandon Hawk, Joshua Hawk, Zach Humerick, Jake Humerick, Melinda Stewart, and April Stewart; and great grandchildren, Riley Aitken, Cadence Aitken, Conner Hawk, Aubrie Hawk, and Theotis Flores.
She will be greatly missed. Until we meet again, rest in peace.
Services will be held on Saturday, March 8th at 2 p.m. at Stillwater Church, 6911 Frederick Pike, Dayton, OH 45414 with Pastor Rob Ulmer officiating. Dinner to follow.
