Bradley S. Wade

WADE, Bradley S. Brad age 49 of Burlington, KY passed away Wednesday June 15, 2011 at Jewish Hospital following an illness. He was born October 19, 1961 in Dayton OH. Brad was a graduate of Vandalia Butler H.S. and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was a Biomedical Sales Rep. for Beckman Coulter and was a member of the Hebron Baptist Church. Brad was preceded in death by his mother Janice Owens and grandparents James & Dortha Cross. He is survived by his wife of 19 years Amy (Koziel); his children Bryce and Lily both at home; his father Ronald & wife Nancy Wade of Oregonia; step-father Miles Owens of TN; 4 brothers Jerry Cooney of KY, John Wade of Waynesville, Joseph Owens of Springboro, Myles Owens of N.C.; paternal grandparents Delbert & Mary Wade of Dayton and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday June 20 at 1:00pm at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia with Rev. Shawn Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 1 to 4pm and again on Monday from 12 noon until time of services.
