Carol S. “Susie” Collins

Age 68, of Butler Twp., passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at her home. Susie was born February 15, 1949 in Wilmington, Ohio.

She is survived by her parents, Janet & Joseph Fournier; two daughters, Jara Collins (Chad Barnett) and Melissa Daniels (Robert); siblings, John Ames (Joy), Lucinda Ames, Renee O’Ryan (Mike) & Michele Fournier-Wick (Laura); six grandchildren, Nicholas, Jeramie, Jack, Zachery, Logan & Maxton; two great grandchildren, Isaiah & Casper; and by her extended family & many good friends.

Susie was preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Collins in 1991 and by her Granny, Minnie May Lambce.

She enjoyed crafting, painting and spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday (2/17) at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Pastor Michael Malcosky will officiate. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Susie to The Hospice of Dayton.
