Carol A. Katulak

Age 85, of Butler Twp., passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018, at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio. She was born November 2, 1932 in Dayton.

Carol was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Eugene A. “Kat” Katulak in 2015; and by siblings , Dolores Ruth Thayer, Gerald “Bitz” Tunney and Kathleen Hollenbaugh.

She retired from NCR as a secretary with over 40 years of service.

Carol is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Mike & Pam Katulak; two grandsons, Andrew & Kevin Katulak; and five siblings, Richard “Dick” Tunney, Florence “Skeets” Roche, Terrel “Pat” Tunney, Louis Tunney and Teresa Guernsey.

The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Saturday, July 7, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Deacon Chuck Wright officiating. Interment will be at a later date at David Cemetery.
