Carolyn S. Wolin

WOLIN, Carolyn S., age 76 of Vandalia passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at her residence following a lengthy illness. She was born February 21, 1936 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late Forrest E. & Doris G. Day. Mrs. Wolin graduated from Roosevelt High School and was a retired Banker with Citizens Federal. Preceded in death by 1 son, Dale Drummond, Carolyn is survived by her husband, Bernard S. Wolin; step-daughter, Dr. Susan R. Mandel of Los Angeles, CA; uncles, Kenneth V. Day & Vernon K. Day; cousin, Donna Lee Clark & her son, Chip Clark along with a host of other relatives and friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420 in Carolyns memory. Arrangements entrusted to Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
