Age 65, a graduate of Northmont High School, passed away Oct. 29, 2018 in Florida.He was preceded in death by his dad, Charles, and his step-dad, Jim.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Susan; mother, Marilyn; step-mother, Pat; sisters, Pam (Jack) and Mara (Bill); brothers, Jim (Krista), Ron (Tina) and Chris (Sheri; step-son, Brian and numerous nieces & nephews.
A celebration of life will be held Dec. 2 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Timber Ridge Reserve community room, 4007 Twin Lakes Circle, Clayton, Ohio.
