LUTZ, Clarence L., 84, of Northridge, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022. He was born on April 9, 1938 in Dayton, Ohio and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Clarence was a member and past commander of V.F.W Post #8211 in West Milton and the AMVETS. He grew up in Northridge and worked as a stone mason with Don & Billy Brush. Together they were known as the three musketeers. Preceded in death by his son John Lutz, brother Gary Lutz, sisters Nicki Rojem & Judy Bowling.
Survived by his sons, Clarence, Jr., Gary Lutz (Debra Wilson), Frank Lutz (Andrea), Dean Lutz & Donny Lutz (Sandy); daughter, Julie McGuire (Luke); brother, Jack Spangler (Sue); sister, Gail Arnett; daughter-in-law, Karen Lutz; numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren; close friends, Don Brush (Norma) & Billy Brush.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022 at the Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery in section 4. Rev. Michael Malcosky, officiating. Arrangements entrusted to the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
