Connie Hoyer

HOYER, Connie, age 94 formerly of Butler Twp., passed away surrounded by her loving family at her residence, Storypoint of Troy. Connie was born January 3, 1923 in Columbus, OH, daughter of the late James E. & Genevieve Graves. She loved her family, enjoyed painting and animals. She enjoyed her volunteer work at Miami Valley Hospital and helping disabled children with horse riding lessons. She and her husband, Bill enjoyed traveling the world. Preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Richard Graves, Connie is survived by her husband of 73 years, Bill; daughters, Anita Hoyer, Judy (Jim) Brock and Donna (Rick) Suess; grandchildren, Jenny Brock (Shawn Hensley), Andy (Lindsey) Suess, Erin (Chance) Spalding and Emily (Eric) Holterman; and 8 great-grandchildren. Graveside services for family and friends will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, December 4 at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery, 8135 N. Dixie Dr., Dayton, OH. The family would like to offer special thanks to the staff at Storypoint and Heartland Hospice for their excellent care of Mom.
