Constance Toney

TONEY, Constance A. Connie age 70, of Butler Twp., passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born November 21, 1936 in Cincinnati, OH daughter of the late H. Clarence & Sylvia (Perkins) Cobb. Connie was a member of the Knollwood Church of Christ, was an avid doll collector, loved arts and crafts and was devoted to her family. Preceded in death by her husband, Mike Toney in 2005, Connie is survived by 3 daughters, Melanie A. Clark (Mitchell) of Vandalia, Gwendolyn Rix (Roger) of Miamisburg, and Shelly Beck (Alan) of Kettering; 1 son, Frank Wallace (Andrea) of Indian Lake, OH; 13 grandchildren, Christopher, Frankie Jr., Alicia, Saraj, Michael, Julian, Cory, Gabriella, Skye, Mika, Mercedes, Michelle and Keegan; and her dear relative Elmer Ellert of Cincinnati. Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm, Friday, June 29, at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with Mr, Keith Greer officiating. Burial followed Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family received friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 am until time of service. The family would like to offer their heartfelt thanks to Hospice of Dayton and the members of Knollwood Church of Christ for the love and care they all gave to Connie. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in Connies memory.
