Dannie K. Sharp

Dannie K. Sharp, 69, of Northridge, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at his home. He was born to Harry & Emily Sharp on November 22, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio. Dannie graduated from Northridge High School (Dayton) in 1972.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry & Emily Sharp; his father-in-law, Jack E. Sabins, and his grandson, Daiton Sharp.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Lou Ann (Sabins) Sharp; his 3 children, Nicole (Eric) Reiley, Adam Sharp & John Paul (Bethany) Sharp; 9 grandchildren & 1 great granddaughter. He is also survived by 3 sisters, Jackie Sue (Gary) Wick, Valinda (Sam) Wallace & Mary D. (Butch) Hargis; mother-in-law, Phyllis Sabins; brother-in-law, Jack H. (Laura) Sabins; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2023 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, with a celebration of life service at 7 p.m. Pastor Silas Hoskins, officiating.
