HAYSLETT, Diana Michelle, age 30 of Cincinnati, OH passed away June 27, 2012. She was born November 3, 1981 in Dayton, Ohio. She was employed by the Walk of Joy Co. as a home care nurse. She is survived by her husband Caleb Hayslett; 2 sons, Levi and Logan; 3 step-children, Kyla, Caleb, & Kevin; mother & step-father Nennia & Kurt Seagraves ; father Barry Shaner; 2 brothers, Jason & Nick; maternal grandmother, Vina Morton; paternal grandpartents, Larry & Sharon Shaner; grandparents, Kurt & Sue Seagraves; mother & father-in-law, Greg & Kathy Hayslett; numerous other family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m. Monday, July2 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home , 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, with Mr. John Seagraves officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 12:00 noon until 2:00p.m. Burial will be in Poplar Hill Cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Fund.
