Donna "Jean" Carroll

Donna Jean Carroll (Jean) passed away on Monday, November 27th, 2023 at the age of 93. She was preceded in death by her husband William Carroll in 2011 and daughter Cindy Carroll in 2009. Jean was originally from OH where she worked for the Vandalia-Butler school system for 20 years as a tutor. She spent her time at Morton Junior High helping many kids from very difficult situations and backgrounds and was beloved by them. She also was very involved in Vandalia United Methodist Church there, along with her husband Bill. Later in life, she moved to GA to be near her daughter and grandchildren. She loved her family, playing cards and the many animals she had throughout her life. She touched many lives in her 93 years and she will be dearly missed.

She is survived by son, Chris Carroll of West Milton, OH, daughter Kim Fallona and son-in-law, Steve Fallona of Gainesville, GA. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Stacy Carroll, Drake Fallona and Brynn Fallona, as well as 3 great-grandchildren, Kiearra Carroll, Madison Carroll and Desmond Carroll. The family will hold a graveside service in OH at a future date to be determined.
