CLARK, Dorothy Lucille, born May 25, 1910, loved and loving wife of the late George L. Clark passed away January 3, 2012. She is survived by her children, Dorothy Jane (Clark) Platz (Marshall) of Palmdale, California, Robert Frederick (Jan) Clark of Vandalia, Ohio and Breckenridge, CO, and Sharon Anne (Clark) Shaw (Douglas) of Centerville, OH; grandmother of Robert F. Clark Jr. (Jenny), Douglas S. Clark (Julie), Kimberly D. (Platz) Hotti (Craig), Sharon L. Platz, David C. Platz, Elizabeth D. (Kar) Hilliard (James); great-grandmother of Macy Clark, Madison Clark, Nathan Clark, James Hotti, Brayden Platz, Kadra Platz, Abigail Hilliard, Charles Hilliard, and also survived by 8 nieces and 5 nephews. Her love, caring heart and giving spirit will be missed, but will live on in all who knew her forever. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, January 7 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with Pastor Michael Pratt officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4-6 pm. Special thanks for the loving care provided by Heartland of Centerville and Hospice of Dayton. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fairview United Methodist Church or the Miami Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America in Dorothys memory.
