Dottie Smith

SMITH, Dottie (Dorothy McStay), age 73 0f Vandalia passed away Sunday November 22, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. Dottie was a retired employee of Shopsmith. She was preceded in death by her first husband Louis McStay in 1983. Dottie is survived by her husband of 22years Ralph Smith of Vandalia; one daughter Deborah Whitaker-Gouldbourn and husband Gregory of Beavercreek; one son Bernie McStay of Vandalia; 3 grandchildren Dustin Whitaker, Shannon Whitaker, Matthew McStay; one great-grandson Chase Whitaker and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 25 at 1:00pm at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia with Pastor David Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00am until time of service.
