BRADLEY, Edgar R. Fuzzy , age 90 of Butler Twp., passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012 at the Dorothy Love Nursing Center in Sidney. He was born August 14, 1922 in Dayton, OH, son of the late Edward & Charlotte (Bergh) Bradley. Edgar attended the University of Dayton and served in the U.S. Navy and the Army Air Corp in WWII. He was retired from the Harris Corporation with 40 years of service. Edgar was a member and one of the founders of the St. Christopher Catholic Church in Vandalia, and served as a Scout Leader there. He was a member of the Brukner Nature Centers Carver Club in Troy, OH and a member of the Miami Valley Model Yacht Club. He was also a co-founder of the Sassafras Star Sailing Society. Preceded in death by his wife, Mary M. (Betty) in 1997, one brother, Edward T. Bradley and one sister, Elizabeth Rosengarten, Edgar is survived by one daughter, Karen J. Bradley of Covington and one son, Douglas E. Bradley of South Bend, IN; two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Catherine, one great-grandson, Ian, and numerous other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, October 25, at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, 7875 N. Crescent Dr., Covington, OH with Fr. Robert Monnin officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association in Edgars memory. Arrangements entrusted to Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia, OH.
