Edna E. Kautt

KAUTT, Edna E., age 97, of Vandalia, passed away Friday, March 12, 2010 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born March 31, 1912 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late Roy & Mary (Kohn) Sowers. Edna was a longtime resident of Vandalia, and was a member of St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Dewey in 2009, Edna is survived by her daughter, Linda & husband, Leonard Einfeldt Jr. 1 sister, Mary Kinkead and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, March 16 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with Pastor Gil Santiago officiating. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 5-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in Ednas memory.
