Edna Phillips

PHILLIPS, Edna Callie, age 95, of Vandalia, born January 24, 1911 in Beatyville, KY, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2007 after a short illness. Preceded in death by her son, Ralph Phillips, Edna is survived by her beloved daughter, Naomi Davidson and son-in-law, Don; all of her devoted grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm, Wednesday, January 10, at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with Mr. Jim Amburn officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:30 until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Ednas memory.
