Edward C. Preuss

PREUSS, Mr. Edward Carl, 83 of Vandalia, loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, fell asleep in death January 13, 2012. Edward had been a minister of Jehovahs Witnesses for 57 years and was associated with the Vandalia Congregation. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Dorothy Pauline (Ewing); 6 children Allen (Jane) Preuss, Sue (Terry) Weatherhead, Paul (Linda) Preuss, Debbie (Greg) Saum, Mike Preuss, Mark Preuss; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and a host of loving friends. Edward wanted all the ones he had an opportunity to talk about Jehovah and Jesus Christ, to know that he has hopes of seeing them in Paradise. Rev. 21: 1-5. Our special thanks to all our friends for all their love and support during this past year of his illness. Family will receive friends Saturday January 21 from 4pm until time of Memorial Service at 6:00pm at the Vandalia Butler High School Performing Arts Center.
