Age 71, of Fairborn, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Soin Medical Center. Eilene was born May 23, 1953 in Dayton to the late Arza Napier & Mary (Morgan) Beyers. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry & Glen Napier; one sister, Virginia Napier; and by one sister-in-law, Ruth Napier.

Eilene worked for over 30 years at Monarch Marking where she was well regarded and worked her way up to group leader.

Eilene is survived by her partner of 16 years, Ricky S. Bromagen; one brother, Gary Napier; children, Amy Minc & her husband, Corey, Ashley Holbrook, Scott Bromagen & his wife, Jen and Ryan Bromagen; eight grandchildren, Abigail, Annalise, Alec, Adelynn, Rin, Leah, Olivia, Paige; one great granddaughter, Brinley; several nieces & nephews, and by her extended family & many good friends.

The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Friday, October 11, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. Phillip Shaw officiating. Interment will be at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
