Elizabeth J. Hunsbarger

HUNSBARGER, Elizabeth, age 93 of Vandalia passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Stonespring of Vandalia. She was born November 4, 1919 in Dayton, OH. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Yospur & husband, Ben of Crossville, TN, her son, William Hunsbarger of Dayton; granddaughters, Debbie DeLuca of Tampa, FL & Barbie Newton of Redington Beach, FL; great-great-granddaughter, Allison Snow of Seminole, FL; 1 sister, Irene Hampel & 1 brother, Michael Barok of Dayton. Elizabeth began her career at age 15 at Sucher Packing Co. She later worked at Fairview High School and then Maria Joseph Living Care Center as a dietician. She had many friends and good memories. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, June 1 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 435 E. National Rd., Vandalia with Fr. Francis Keferl officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 9:00 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420 in Elizabeths memory.
