Elizabeth A. Matejovsky

MATEJOVSKY, Elizabeth A., age 81, of Vandalia passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born December 8, 1929 in Jamestown, OH, daughter of the late James & Mary Broderick. Elizabeth was a retired employee of the State of Ohio where she worked for the State Unemployment Office. She was also a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church, Vandalia. Preceded in death by 1 brother, James, Elizabeth is survived by her 4 children, Michael & wife, Pamela Matejovsky of Oakwood, Julie & husband, Jack See of Cincinnati; John Matejovsky of Vandalia & Mark Matejovsky of Centerville; 1 sister, Mary Agnes Knecht; 6 grandchildren, Taylour, Pierson, Jackson, Alexis, Madeline, and Jylianne; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, October 14, at St. Christopher Catholic Church with Fr. Francis Keferl officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Elizabeths memory. Arrangements entrusted to Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
