Eva L. Miller

MILLER, Eva L. age 106, passed away Wednesday May 13, 2009 at Englewood Manor following an illness. She was born September 30, 1902 in Dayton, daughter of the late Frank L. and Florence (Tron) Collins. Eva was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Miller, son Arthur Miller, daughter Patricia Carrier, 3 brothers and one sister. She is survived by 3 daughters Marjorie Schwartz of Tipp City, Wanda (Don) Shoemaker of NC, Jerry Collins of NC; one son Robert Miller of MN; one son-in-law Bill Carrier of AZ; one sister Doris Armbruster of Englewood; 23 grandchildren, 31great-grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren, one great-great-great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday May 16 at 12:00 noon at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia with Pastor Scott Deane officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00am until time of service.
