Frances E. Groh

Frances E. Groh, 80, of West Milton, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024. She was born to Edward & Verna Cauley on October 19, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Walt Groh, Sr., and her son, Walt Groh, Jr.

Survived by her son, Chuck (Melissa) Groh; daughter, Elaine (Doc) Chinn; brother, Michael (Gloria) Cauley; sister, P.J. “Phyllis” (Dave) Ogan; grandchildren, Brett Chinn, Scott Chinn, Brooke Chinn-Mack, Blake Groh, Kyle Groh, Jacob Groh, Erin Groh-Giesler & Morgan Groh-Stout; many great grandchildren, extended family & many good friends. 

The family will be receiving friends from 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, with the funeral service at 1 p.m. Pastor Bill Marker, officiating. The burial will follow at the Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville.
