Krimm, Fred J. Jr. 80, of Vandalia, died Saturday, July 21, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Jean Krimm, and his parents, Fred and Rosalie Krimm. He is survived by 4 children, Mike (Sue) Krimm, Teri (Zafar) Rizvi, Nancy (Mark) Suther and Tim Krimm; six grandchildren, Mindy (Patrick) Snodgrass, Brian (Jillen) Krimm, Josh (Monika) Gaier, Justin Gaier, and Qasim and Ali Rizvi; one great-granddaughter, Anna Gaier; and numerous nieces and nephews. He owned the Airline Dairy Creme in Vandalia for 48 years, and for a number of years managed the Tudor Clubhouse at Cassel Hills Golf Course and ushered at St. Christopher Church. Previously, he managed the Airline Theater in Vandalia. He was a 1950 graduate of Chaminade High School, attended the University of Dayton and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, at St. Christopher Church, 435 E. National Rd., Vandalia, followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Vandalia Firefighters Association, 8705 Peters Pike, Vandalia, OH 45377.
