Freida J. Kershner

KERSHNER, Freida J., age 74 of West Milton, passed away November 22, 2006 at Harborside Nursing Home. She was born May 3, 1932, the loving daughter of the late Thurman & Margaret McPherson and sister to the late Bill McPherson. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend to all of us. Her joy in life was truly her family. Preceded in death by her Beautiful Baby Brenda Kershner Sammons, Freida is survived by her husband of 57 years, Bryan (Red) Kershner; daughter, Donna Brasesco (Alan) and son, Steve Kershner (Deborah); grandchildren, Michael Adams of San Diego, CA, Corey Copeland of Sacramento, CA, Jennifer Adams Bennett of Kettering, Mirinda Kershner Roberts of Dayton, Ben Sammons of Dayton, Bryan Brasesco of Chico, CA, Kristen and Kara Kershner of New Carlisle and great-grandchildren, Gregory and Taylor Anderson, McKenz Bennett, Delia Sammons, Devon, Alyssa and Faith Copeland, and many other family and friends. The family would like to express their thanks to the aides and nurses who lovingly cared for Freida at Harborside. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 5, at Polk Grove Cemetery. A luncheon will follow the service, provided by Polk Grove Church.
