George H Brown Sr.

BROWN, George H. Jr., age 80 of Butler Twp., passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at his residence after a lengthy illness. HE was born April 5, 1927 in Dayton, son of the late George H. Sr. & Lillian (Barker) Brown. George was a retired employee of the Brinkman Tool & Die Co, a WW II US Navy Veteran and a 32nd degree mason. Preceded in death by his wife, Ruthella B. Brown in 1995, George is survived by 1 son, Gary Brown of PA, 1 daughter, Cathy & husband, Brian Fletcher of WI; 4 grandchildren, Matthew, Adrian, Colin and Adam; 2 great-grandchildren, Cassandra and Vicky. Graveside services for family and friends will be held at 11:00 am Friday, August 10, (TODAY) at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, 11890 N. Dixie Dr., with Rev. Ronald Hajarian officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Georges memory. Arrangements by Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
