SHAW, Glenn, age 103, of Brookville, formerly of Tipp City, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born June 10, 1903 in Bellbrook, OH, son of the late George William & Minnie (Knee) Shaw. Glenn was a retired Tool Maker with General Motors and formerly attended the Murlin Heights Church of Christ. Preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy H. Shaw; 1 daughter, Necia Coss and 2 infant sons, Glenn is survived by 3 grandchildren, Rocky Coss (Gayle) of Hillsboro, OH, Dorrie Keyes (Bill) of Carmel, IN, and Melody James (Greg) of Hillsboro, OH; 4 great-granchildren, Tracey and Derek Coss and Tabitha and Sarah Keyes; 1 great-great-grandson, Skylar Murphy; 5 nieces, Jolura Hall (Bill); Maria Beimly, Lana Gross, Neota Brady (Larry), and Keta Jones and numerous grand-nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, January 6, at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Burial to follow at Fairfield Cemetery, Fairborn. he family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening from 5-8 pm. If so desired, contributions may be made to the Glenn Shaw Scholarship Fund at Bellbrook High School.
