Goldie Weirs

WEIRS, Goldie L., age 93, of Huber Heights, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2005 at Grandview Hospital. She was born in Beatyville, KY, daughter of the late Robert & Lulu (Underwod) Brandenburg. Preceded in death by 1 daughter, Betty Overholser; 3 grandsons, 1 great-grandchild, 1 brother and 1 sister; Goldie is survived by 1 daughter, June Marshall; 1 brother, Roy Gillum; 2 sisters, June Back and Helen Hemstra; 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, November 21, at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday morning from 10:00 am until time of service.
