Howard Edwin Woolley (Howie, Ed) of Tipp City passed away unexpectedly June 28th, 2011. He was born in Dayton to the late Malcolm and Olive Woolley, July 20th, 1946. Howie, who was retired from the Mound in Miamisburg, loved cooking, tinkering in his garage and working on his computer. He was a gentle, caring man who loved his family and friends and his beagle, Pete. Howie is survived by a brother, Frank (Shelby) Woolley, two sisters, Nancy (Earl) Rogers, Mary (Steve) Strawser, 7 nieces and nephews, 10 great-nieces and nephews and 1 great-great niece. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to fund #303266, James Cancer Hospital 660 Ackerman Rd. P.O. Box 183112, Columbus, OH, 43218-3112. Interment will be at 10:30am Wed. July 20th at Miami Cemetery in Corwin, near Waynesville. Friends and family will be received from 1-2pm with a Memorial Service following, at Troy Christian Church, 1440 E. St. Rt. 55, Troy, Ohio.
