Jack L. Fischer

JACK L. FISCHER, 70, of Butler Twp., ended his lifes journey on September 14. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 14, 1941 to Jacob and Hattie (Kleyn) Fischer (Visser) (deceased). He was married 46 years to wife, Nancy (Wright) (deceased). He is survived by his sister, Anna Marie (Keith) VanZoeren; Children: Ross (Allison Copp), Christine (Frank) Back, Kelly (John, (L.J.)) Maqsud: 5 grandchildren: Gus, Daisy, Lainey, Reagan, and Ziva, who called him Gramps . Jack served in the United States Air Force 1961-1967. After leaving the service, Jack worked as a trust officer for Winters Bank (Bank One), was Chief Financial Officer for the Kettering Family Foundation, and ended his career in 2007 as an Investment Officer with Huntington National Bank. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 3:00. At Morton-Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 South Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Friends may visit from 1:00 until the time of the service.
