Jacqueline Lee McCormick

McCORMICK, Jacqueline Lee "Jackie" age 60 of Union, passed away Sunday April 20, 2014 at her residence. She was born September 5, 1953 in Dayton, daughter of the late Robert & Dorothy Price. She was preceded in death by one brother Robert Price and one sister Mary Barr. Jackie is survived by her children Don (Amber) Potter of St Marys, Jessica (Josh) Weaver of CO, and Allen McCormick of Union; 2 sisters Theresa Fisher of Huber Heights and Sara Sue Adkins of Vandalia; one brother James Price of TX; 3 grandchildren Jo Lee Weaver, Andrew Martinez, and Elaina Martinez and a host of other relatives and friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial at Poplar Hill Cemetery. Arrangements in care of Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
