Jalie Boggs

Jalie Boggs, 84, of Tipp City, passed away Saturday, September  9, 2023 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born to Calloway & Sola Jackson on August 8, 1939 in Breathitt County, Kentucky. Jalie attended the Vandalia Baptist Temple and was retired from Elder-Beerman with over 18 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Lawrence “Don” Boggs, in 2015, and 12 siblings. Jalie is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Scott & Amy Boggs, Rodney K. & Jennessa Boggs; 8 grandchildren, Sarah Ford, Adam Boggs, Andrew Boggs, Jonathan Boggs, Faith Dereulle, Ryan Boggs, Nathan Boggs & Porter Boggs; 21 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & many friends. Funeral service 1:00 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, 2023 at the Vandalia Baptist Temple, 724 Helke Rd., Vandalia, with Pastor Rick Washburn, officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Hills Cemetery, Tipp City.
