James L. Caldwell

CALDWELL, James L., age 82, of Huber Heights, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born September 4, 1928 in Dayton, OH, son of the late Louis & Marjorie (Overholser) Caldwell. James was a retired electrician with General Motors with 35 years of service. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lois M. Caldwell and 1 brother, Robert, James is survived by his son, Robert Caldwell of Vandalia; 1 granddaughter, Lindsay Caldwell; 1 brother, Tom & wife, Helen Caldwell of Dayton and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, May 17 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11 am until time of service.
