James O Coleman

COLEMAN, James Otto Jr., age 58 of Vandalia, passed away Monday, September 24, 2007 at Sycamore Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born June 9, 1949 in Hillsboro, OH, son of the late James Coleman Sr. & Betty (Middleton) Singleton. James was a retired employee of General Motors and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Preceded in death by his parents, James is survived by his sisters, Jacqueline Green of West Jefferson, Karen Middleton of Dayton, April McCain of Dayton and Ruth Ann Reed of New Carlisle; his brothers, August Singleton Jr., of IN, and David Singleton of Dayton; uncles, James Middleton and Glenn Middleton; his aunt, Emogene Middleton and many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. It was Jimmys wish that his body be cremated and that no services be held. Jimmy will be missed daily by his family and friends. Arrangements by Morton & Whetstone, Vandalia.
