Janice Berry

BERRY, Janice J. age 72 of Vandalia, passed away Wednesday December 24, 2008 at Miami Valley Hospital following an illness. She was born June 24, 1936 in Troy, OH daughter of the late Jeremiah & Mae (Davis) Hunt. Janice was a retired employee of Delphi Chassis and was member of the Medway United Methodist Church. She was an alumnus of the Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing. Janice was preceded in death by her husband William in 2001. She is survived by one son Michael W. & wife Tracy Berry of Vandalia; one daughter DeeAnn K. Berry of Dayton; 4 grandchildren Michael Jr., Kayla, Matthew, and Trinity Berry; one brother Dale Hunt of IL, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday December 29 at 10:30am at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia with Pastor Sean Savage officiating. Entombment will follow at Royal Oak Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 4 to 6pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Medway United Methodist Church Building Fund 122 Middle St. Medway, OH 45341 in Janices memory.
