Jerome W Sutter

SUTTER, Jerome W., age 69 of Butler Twp, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 18, 2007 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Jerome was born January 1, 1938 in Dayton, OH, son of the late Raymond C. & Marie T. (Wirkner) Sutter. He was a retired employee of the Delphi Division of General Motors. Preceded in death by 2 sisters, Patricia McCarthy and Esther Horn, Jerome is survived by his wife of 48 years, Marilyn J. Sutter; 4 daughters, Karen Thomas, Joan Manning (Joe), Paula Dillon (Doug), and Melissa Sutter; 1 son, Jerome Sutter (Barb); 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson, 1 sister, Eileen Whitsett (Charles); 1 brother-in-law, John McCarthy; and numerous other family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, August 22, at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with Fr. Francis Keferl officiating. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 5 to 8 pm.
