Juanita R Sage

SAGE, Juanita R., age 87, of Tipp City, passed away Friday, May 2, 2008 at the Springmeade Health Center after a lengthy illness. She was born October 24, 1920 in Clinton, TN, daughter of the late Louis & Minnie (Gamble) Justice. Juanita was a member of the Tipp City United Methodist Church and the Maple Hill Club. Preceded in death by numerous brothers & sisters, Juanita is survived by her husband of 53 years, James F. Sage of Tipp City; 1 daughter, Patricia Ann & husband, Bill Cost of Tipp City; 2 grandsons, Keith Edward Cost of Kettering & Kevin James Cost of Pittsburgh, PA; 3 great-grandchildren, Jeffery, Justin & Jessica Cost; 1 sister, Volena Back of Clinton, TN & numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, May 8 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with Rev. Jim Hartline officiating. Burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association in Juanitas memory.
