MILLER, Karen G., passed away Tuesday morning on July 24th 2012. She was born May 6th, 1953 to Edward Carmack and Dollie Wright (Worthington). Karen was known for her beautiful rose gardens and her extraordinary cooking. She was also well noted for her charity, friendship and kindness towards others. She was married to Thomas Miller for twenty five years. Karen was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Miller and her father, Ed Carmack. Survivors include: her mother, Dollie Worthington & step-father, Al Worthington; son, Christopher Heizer, daughter Carrie Daniels; grandsons, Alec & Austin Daniels; siblings, Deborah Reep, Anita Davey, Ed Carmack, and David Carmack; six nieces, four nephews, aunts, uncles and many friends. God has you now, but we will always have you in our hearts. A Graveside Service for Karen will be held at 1:30 pm, Saturday, July 28 at Polk Grove Cemetery, 9190 Frederick Pike, Dayton with Pastor Josh Cougle officiating. The family will receive friends at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia on Saturday from 12:00 noon " 1:00 pm, prior to the graveside ceremony. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to A.S.P.C.A (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) in Karens name.
