Kenneth "Dave" Lawson

LAWSON, Kenneth D. “Dave”, age 61 of Vandalia, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016. He was born March 23, 1954 in Williamsburg, KY, son of Kenneth & Lina (Siler) Lawson. Dave was a United States Army Veteran, a member of the American Legion Post #668, and a member of the Redemption Christian Tabernacle. He is survived by 2 sisters, Linda Biddlestone (Bruce) and Kathy Hayslett (Greg); 1 brother, Sidney Ray Lawson (Carole), and numerous aunts, uncles and friends. Memorial Services will be held for family and friends at 11:00 a.m., Saturday (February 27) at the Redemption Christian Tabernacle, 11780 North Dixie Drive, Tipp City, Ohio 45371, with Pastor Todd Hoskins officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Redemption Christian Tabernacle in Dave’s memory. Local arrangements entrusted to Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
