CRAIG, Kristin Gayle Kristi age 39, beloved wife and mother, died December 19, 2009 after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Born April 30, 1970 in Marietta, Ohio, to Leo and Patricia Tullius, the youngest of 6 children. She graduated from Frontier High School, where she played both softball and basketball, and from Ohio Dominican College with a degree in Psychology. She was a Licensed Social Worker and worked as the Daybreak Shelter Housing Manager. She loved her daughters and enjoyed taking them to school functions and watching them grow up. She enjoyed scrapbooking and making albums for her girls; Nascar, and going to races each year with her husband and friends. Kristi enjoyed camping, spicy food and neighborhood parties. She was active at St. Christopher Catholic Church and was a caring and supportive sister, friend and co-worker. She is survived by her husband John and daughters, Kaitlyn and Taylor of Vandalia; her father, Leo Tullius; sisters, Kim (David), Micki (Jim), Lori (Rich), Jeni (Jason) and brother, Matt (Tonya), numerous nieces, and nephews and one great-niece; her mother-in-law, Judith McDow, and sisters-in-law, Mary McDow and Tacie Carpenter. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Tullius. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, December 22, at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 420 E. National Rd., Vandalia with Fr. Francis Keferl officiating. Burial to follow at Poplar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at St. Christopher Catholic Church on Monday evening from 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Daybreak Shelter, 2555 S. Dixie Dr., Dayton, OH 45409 in Kristis memory. The family would like to thank everyone who has helped Kristi and her family in the last year with meals, carpooling, trips to the doctors, hospitals, chemo and radiation but most of all for your love and support.
