Lee Kuck

KUCK, Lee R. age 84 of New Carlisle, formerly of Vandalia, passed away Friday January 19, 2007 at Miami Valley Hospital. Lee was a retired employee of NCR and was a WWII U.S. Navy Veteran. He was a life member of Amvets Post #99, V.F.W. Post #9582, and American Legion Post #668 where he was past Commander. He was a member of Riverview Lodge F&AM and was an avid bowler. Lee was preceded in death by his wife Meady, one brother Forrest Kuck, and one sister Emily Himsworth. He is survived by one son Mike & wife Terry Kuck of Vandalia; one daughter Karen & husband James Lovell of New Carlisle; 2 sisters Evelyn Earley of Dayton, and Amy Landrum of VA; 6 grandchildren Kelly, Erin, Karri, Jeff, Missy, and Brad; 2 great-grandchildren Dylan and Adam. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 23 at 2:00pm at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia with Rev. Ron Hajarian officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00pm until time of service. If so desired, contributions may be made to the Veterans Administration Hospice Unit in Lees memory.
