Lorna Wild

WILD, Lorna Lee, age 75 of Vandalia, passed away Monday, January 26, 2009 at the Vandalia Park Nursing Center. She was born December 26, 1933 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late Carl J. & Doris M. (Oberer) Wild. Lorna was a former member of the Zion Lutheran Church of Tipp City where she served as a church organist and was a 1952 graduate of Tipp City High School. She is survived by her cousins, Dorothy Muhlhauser, Carl Falb, Betty Jane Blakely and Carol Timmer. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm, Thursday, January 29 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 pm until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Vandalia Firefighters Association in Lornas memory
