Lucinda E Bibb

Lucinda (Cindy) Bibb, 96, of Vandalia Ohio, died peacefully Monday evening, November 26. She was surrounded by her family At SpringMeade Health Center in Tipp City Ohio.

Lucinda was born in Rock Castle Kentucky on November 20, 1921. Cindy is preceded in Death by her husband, Joe William Bibb, 3 brothers: Leonard, William, and James Mullins, her 3 sisters: Edna Van Nuys, Virginia La Parde, Elizabeth Jorden, and her half-brother Robert Mullins of Greenville, OH.Lucinda is survived by her son, Richard, and his wife Joan Bibb, her 2 granddaughters, Cheryl Halbeisen and her husband, Bud, of Fairfield Ohio, Michele Pfund and her husband, Art, of Chandler, AZ and her 3 great granddaughters: Gretchen Coffman of Vandalia and Kate and Ella Pfund of Chandler, AZ. Cindy also leaves 3 step grandchildren: April Duncan and her husband, Tom, Joy Clinger and her husband, Jerry, and Rick Ruzick of Vandalia. Finally, her 4 step Great grandchildren: Tyler Duncan and his wife, Shelby, Alyssa Clavarese and her husband, David, Josh Clinger and his wife, Autumn, and Jessie Clinger, with her children Palmer and Penley.

Cindy, with her husband, Bill, loved to travel the country with the Dayton Square Dance Club, camping as they explored the country. They opened their home to many square-dance callers from as far away as Colorado. Cindy was also a 50 year member of the Eastern Star. Cindy loved being with people. Family and friends filled her life along with music. She previously played the guitar and loved filling the space with friends and song.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Graveside services for family and friends will be held Thursday November 30 at 1:00pm at Polk Grove Cemetery.
